The Emerald City

Actually, it's Media City UK, (as seen here), where most of the BBC moved to, in Salford.
 
It is sometimes lit with more green lighting, hence the title.

    I lived in Salford in the late 80s, when none of that had been developed yet! Looks amazing. Hope you're having a good time in Manchester. xxxx

      When MR B started touring to The Lowry it was JUST the theatre there! Media City was a car park of sorts. Boy, it's changed!
      Mind you, I can't get over the changes in the city...before I came back up again a couple of years ago, the last time I'd visited was before the bomb!
      Progress, eh?
